Here is a little about the Warm Buddy from the website:
Small Beary Bear stands 14". They are available in three colour options: cream chocolate and black. These microwavable teddy bears come with a removable heat pack.

I absolutely love our Warm Buddy! I am constantly dealing with neck and shoulder pain, and this little bear works wonders to help alleviate stress and help me relax.

To use as heat therapy, remove the heat pack and place in the microwave for 1-2 minutes on high heat. For cool therapy, place the pack in the freezer for 1 hour (inside of a plastic bag).

The Warm Buddy Company does mention that all products should be uses under adult supervision and should only be used on children 3 years of age and older.

I would highly recommend the Warm Buddy Beary the Bear to any family. No matter how hard you try, someone in the family is going to need either cold or hot therapy at one point or another. I can't think of a cuter way to always have either one readily available in your home!
